Yoga and Fitness
Yoga has been a passion and a part of my life for for many years. Yoga allows me the space to quiet the mental chatter, relax my body and stay grounded in the hustle and bustle of NYC.
I earned certification from Pure Yoga NYC with lead teachers Kay Kay Clivio and Yogi Charu. These two incredible teachers guided me in vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I also studied with Krissy Shields of Maha Mama for my pre and post natal certification. Maha Mama is strongly influenced by the Hatha and Kundalini styles of yoga.
I am also a certified pre and postnatal corrective exercise specialist from Fit For Birth.
I lead private and small group classes for pregnant and non pregnant clients in a fun and intimate class tailored to each client's needs.
